General Dentist
Dental Designs of Maryland is seeking a Full-Time & Part-Time General Dentist to join our rapidly growing dental practices in White Marsh, MD and Hanover, MD. Enjoy working in an office with a team of doctors who share their knowledge, mentor each other, and work collaboratively.
You will perform your own new patient exams and complete the total treatment plan that you have presented. There is no skimming of high-end procedures by the partners and our dentists never perform prophy’s. We will provide you with qualified, experienced dental assistants and the most modern equipment available. We also provide as much one-on-one mentorship as you would like, in a variety of topics like treatment planning, chairside presentation, implants, cosmetics and surgery. Partnership opportunities are available to the right candidates as early as three years into employment.
Dental Designs of Maryland averages 75+ new patients a month to keep you busy. Our dentists average an annual income of $175,000 in their first year and make between $200k-$300k once established. No HMOs and Medicaid so all procedures will be productive.
Compensation:
- Generous daily rate for 90 days
- $150,000 – $300,000 a year income
- $10,000 Signing Bonus for doctors with 5+ years of private practice experience
